MMS strives to be a true partner with the communities we serve, therefore, at any time our client determines that an individual is not a “perfect fit” for the agency; MMS will replace the employee with an interim qualified employee and shall provide a permanent replacement acceptable to the agency within a reasonable period. It is also understood that the client will always have the flexibility to choose which candidate’s best fulfill their specific needs.

For that reason, we offer a benefits program that emphasizes choice, so our employees can create a customized benefits solution that is just right for them. MMS shall offer the coverage listed below, to any personnel currently assigned to your organization and who become employed by MMS pursuant to an agreement.
We are continually reviewing our benefit plan to ensure great coverage options are available to our employees; we have recently contracted with a new benefits broker to help seek out better coverage and further minimize costs to our employees. We look forward to the continued development of programs to help support employee wellness and minimize insurance costs.
We offer three choices of medical plans ranging from a high-deductible medical plan to a low deductible plan with corresponding levels of coinsurance and copayments. Preventive care is covered under all of our plans, with higher reimbursement levels for use of in-network physicians and hospitals. All coverage is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, the premier provider for Illinois and northwest Indiana. Drug cards are a part of each plan with 3 levels of copayments for generic, formulary and non-formulary drugs. Mail order drugs are also available for employees and their covered family members with ongoing medication needs. Employee contributions are pre-tax, saving employees money on their personal income taxes at year end. And, all of our BCBS-IL plans include extras, such as weight loss management, smoking cessation, and discounts on gym memberships, and on-line health risk assessments to promote wellness. In addition, employees have access to a 24-hour hotline staffed by registered nurses.
In addition to medical insurance we offer our employees 401(k), dental, vision, life insurance, AFLAC, disability, sick time, paid vacations, and employee assistance.
